♦ This apple cider vinegar is made from 100% domestically grown apples using the traditional static fermentation method to create a mellow yet rich flavour. It can be used in marinating seafood, cooking sweet and sour pork, or as a dressing for salad.
♦ The traditional static fermentation method uses earthenware jars or wooden barrels, allowing for a slow fermentation process that is carefully monitored daily by skilled artisan brewers. This method gives a mellow, rounded acidity to the vinegar, resulting in a smooth texture and a rich depth of umami and aroma.
**Sediment may occur, but this does not affect the quality.
