โฆ Oyama “The First” Ultra-Premium Japanese Umeshu is aged for one year in a stainless steel tank, using premium-quality Ohshukubai plumsใ้ดฌๅฎฟๆข ใ and five-year-old shochu (Japanese spirits) produced by Rokuchoshi Shuzoใๅ ญ่ชฟๅญ้ ้ (ๆ ช)ใ located in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture. The total ageing period of this plum wine exceeds SIXย years.
โฆ Ohshukubai plum is an exceptional variety, particularly well-suited for the production of plum wine
โฆ The base alcohol of this plum wine is a five-year-old spirit fermented from rice, commonly referred to as Shochu or Kuma Shochu
