What is Green Yuzu Pepper (Aoyuzu Kosho)?
Green Yuzu Pepper is a Japanese-style spice made from green yuzu peel and green chili peppers. The refreshing yuzu flavor is enhanced by using domestically sourced green yuzu peel that has been carefully processed to preserve its quality.
