♦ Oyama “The Next” Ultra-Premium Japanese Umeshu is aged for three years in a stainless steel tank, using premium-quality Ohshukubai plums「鴬宿梅」 and five-year-old shochu (Japanese spirits) produced by Rokuchoshi Shuzo「六調子酒造 (株)」 located in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture. The total ageing period of this plum wine exceeds EIGHT years.

♦ Ohshukubai plum is an exceptional variety, particularly well-suited for the production of plum wine

♦ The base alcohol of this plum wine is a five-year-old spirit fermented from rice, commonly referred to as Shochu or Kuma Shochu

♦ The aroma of the aged rice shochu perfectly complements the scent of three-year-aged plums, creating a rice shochu plum liqueur with a rich, mellow flavour.

♦ No preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings were added

♦ This item is produced in limited quantities, with only 1,000 bottles available each year
