How to prepare matcha

1. Take one and half scoops of matcha (total 2 g) into a matcha bowl and add 80 ml of hot water (80 °C) into it.

2. Use a matcha whisk (Chasen) or handheld milk frother and whisk in a “M” motion until it is formy.

3. Quickly mix until it becomes creamy on top.
