ā¦ A few words about sake storage
Sake changes its color and flavor over time, especially when exposed to direct light and fluctuating temperatures. Therefore, the best way to store sake is in a dark and cool place. At Taste of Japan, we invested energy efficient cooling facilities to store our sake at below 3 Ā°C for long term maturation.
ā¦Tasting Note
āVersatile honjozo sake, clear, crisp and dry enough to go with a wide variety of foods but still pleasant to drink on its own. Kyonohaku is mildly aromatic with hints of green apple, citrus and rice. The texture is very soft, which compensates for the sakeās dryness making it appear slightly sweeter than it is. The taste is clean and simple with a medium finish and nice spiciness.āĀ Sugidama Sake Blog
