โฆ Ohshukubai plum is an exceptional variety, particularly well-suited for the production of plum wine
โฆ The base alcohol of this plum wine is a five-year-old spirit fermented from rice, commonly referred to as Shochu or Kuma Shochu
โฆ The aroma of aged rice shochu harmonizes beautifully with the fresh scent of one-year-aged plum wine, creating a refreshing flavour
