♦Sasaki Jurakudai Junmai Ginjo Sake is a  pure rice ginjo sake uses carefully selected domestic rice and natural spring water that springs out in Juraku. It has a crisp flavour and balanced finish that allows you to feel the plum flavour and aroma of rice. It is characterized by a smooth taste and a refreshing light aroma. It can be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled or warmed. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, especially fish and seafood. This special sake is made using Kyonokoto yeast developed by the Kyoto Municipal Institute Of Industrial Technology And Culture.

♦A few words about sake storage

Sake changes its color and flavor over time, especially when exposed to direct light and fluctuating temperatures. Therefore, the best way to store sake is in a dark and cool place. At Taste of Japan, we invested energy efficient cooling facilities to store our sake at below 3 °C for long term maturation.
