♦Eikun Junmai Sake is a Gold Medal winning sake which has a clear, refreshing and light taste. It has a well-balanced flavour profile with notes of rice and a hint of sweetness. It is a versatile drink that goes well with a variety of dishes. It can be enjoyed both cold and warm – the mild spiciness and sharpness come out when served cold, while the flavour of the rice stands out and becomes richer when served hot.
♦A few words about sake storage
Sake changes its color and flavor over time, especially when exposed to direct light and fluctuating temperatures. Therefore, the best way to store sake is in a dark and cool place. At Taste of Japan, we invested energy efficient cooling facilities to store our sake at below 3 °C for long term maturation.
